The order plan consists of two parts:
Processing time: The order is accepted, quality checked, and the package is packed - this is done within 72 hours. All orders are shipped within 48 hours from the time the order is received by us on weekdays. All orders placed on weekends go through the same process on Monday.
Delivery time: Delivery time is the time it takes for the goods to reach their destination from us. The delivery time after processing is 10-14 working days.
Always FREE shipping
We take care of the shipping costs for each order. All our products are delivered FREE.
Tracking number
You will receive your tracking number immediately after processing and production is complete. It will take approximately 1-3 days for the tracking number to appear on the tracking page.
A sustainable environment
We only use environmentally friendly means of transport to distribute our goods because we value our beautiful planet. That's why the goods are delivered to you directly from the factory. So that you can enjoy them for a long time to come, we ensure minimal impact on the environment.
Rejected packages and out-of-home situations
If the consumer rejects the package at the door and/or is not home on all delivery dates, we will charge up to 50% of the purchase amount as a restocking fee. This is to cover all logistics and return costs for the package.
