With At Meili Traveler, we understand that sometimes a product doesn't meet your expectations. That's why we offer a return policy with some important points to keep in mind.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY (For our terms and conditions):
To initiate a return, you must first contact us at info@meilitraveler.com . If your return is accepted, we will inform you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that we DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURN LABELS. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returns must include tracking information and be sent to the return address provided below to be eligible for a refund upon receipt at our warehouse:
Packages sent to a different address or where shipping information (tracking number or link) is not available are unfortunately not refundable.
To be eligible for a return, products must be returned undamaged and in their original condition, with their tags attached. The original packaging may be opened, but only if necessary (e.g. to assess whether you like the product or whether it works). You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we have received your return package and it has been approved by the relevant team, we will process it and inform you of the refund.
One-time policy
Our free replacement can only be provided once. Once you receive the new item, it is not eligible for further returns or refunds (unless there is damage or quality issue), which is always subject to our approval.
Hygiene products
Please note that hygiene products are non-returnable. This includes hair products, oral hygiene products and other body care products. We therefore ask that you consider this carefully before purchasing these products.
Non-refundable items
For hygienic reasons, these items cannot be refunded.

Defective products
If a product is delivered defective, we guarantee a free replacement (resend). The money will only be refunded if the replacement also proves to be defective. In this way, we aim to provide a satisfactory solution to any defects in our products.
Failure to accept packages
In the event that a package is delivered to the front door or dropped off at a post office, the Meili Traveler will bear the costs of delivery. If the package is not accepted or not picked up at the post office, it will be automatically returned to the supplier. We offer a free second delivery. However, if the package is not accepted the second time, we reserve the right to deduct 249DKK from the refundable amount.

ORDER CANCELLATION / WRONG ADDRESS
Did you enter the wrong address by mistake? Do you want to change the details of your order? We can only update your order if your item has not yet been automatically shipped. We cannot cancel once the order has already been verified/processed for shipment, so please make sure to contact us as soon as possible.
TAXES / CUSTOMS
We do our best to avoid additional fees by paying taxes upfront. In extremely rare cases, local customs may charge additional fees. We have no control over this and are not responsible for any fees or charges added to your package.
